What skills and qualities does a recruiter look for in an MBA interview? How can I convince the recruiter?

A recruiter looks for multiple things when he analyses your profile. They can be based on your academics, extracurricular activities, personality, and how confident you are with your words. You guide your interview so when you answer a question, your answer determines the next question of the interview when answering any particular question do not flaunt or claim things you don't have information about. Be confident and speak without any hindrances and it will do the trick for you.
