What skills are required to get placed and how can skills be more effective in getting placements if our percentage isn't good?

If you don't have a good percentage then you need to have the following skills to get placement. 1) Confidence 2) Analytical skills 3) Microsoft Excel 4) A positive attitude 5) Aptitude 6) Professional Certifications 7) Consistent performance 8) Involvement in leadership roles 9) A good resume 10) Learning abilities If you have these skills and technical skills you can get a job. Don't think about the percentage because some companies prefer skills more than marks.
