I believe that I am a strong candidate for GIBS because of the combination of a sound academic foundation with practical skills and a strong willingness to learn. I have good communication and teamwork abilities, and problem-solving plus analytical thinking skills, important for Management Studies. Participation in various academic projects, presentations, and extracurricular activities helped me develop leadership, flexibility, and time management skills. To be a strong candidate for GIBS Bangalore, you should have a combination of academic performance, practical skills, and a proactive attitude. Good communication and leadership skills help you participate in class discussions, group projects, and events. Analytical and problem-solving abilities show that you can handle business challenges.

The latest GIBS IRE / podcast episode is actually quite interesting.

Recently, GIBS featured industry leaders and founders in the IRE Talks, where they talk openly about their career journey, startups, mistakes, and real-life work experiences. It's very practical and easy to relate to, especially for students like us who are about to enter the corporate world.

You can watch the full episode on GIBS Business School's official YouTube channel, and some clips are also shared on GIBS social media pages. It's something you can just play, listen, and learn from — no heavy theory, just real talk from real people.
