What sort of PG courses can a BSc graduate opt for?

Going for MSc. is the most obvious choice for you and I suggest you do this before thinking of M.Phil and/ or PHd.

First look at the subject you hav perfection in. Once u hav tht lets say "computer science" thn go for MCA or M.TECH of M.Sc. But make sure your specialisation matches for Grad and PG both.
