what specialization group to opt for msc it course ? options that are available from the university are-cloud computing,erp,software archite

hi to all, i hope any one could help me with the selection of specialized group/electives that will help me to get a good job as a fresher in good it company like tcs etc..my electives subjects are cloud computing,enterprise resource planning,software architecture..i have to chose any one of them.
