What starting package can I expect? I have no work experience.
I have completed B.Sc (IT) with 61% in 2018. I am a fresher and planning for MS (software engineering) in Ireland (1 year course).

Your decision is very good for software engineering as it is an emerging field. In every field, there is a need of software engineer. Demand is also high but you have to be a professional software engineer so that you can go for good MNCs.
