What steps should one take after class 10th to get into AFMC?

I am in class 10th & want to be an army doctor which is why I want to get into AFMC. Kindly suggest if there are other ways to become an army doctor. Which subjects should I take after 10th? What is the job specifcations in AFMC? I am a student of general category.

Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) is a premier medical institute of India. AFMC will accept NEET score for admission to MBBS programmes. AFMC MBBS 2016 admission will be done on the basis candidates marks in NEET 2016 and in ToELR (Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and and Reasoning).
