Do not worry too much about getting a job. First concentrate on your studies and do whatever you are interested in after 10th. According to my point of view, commerce will give you more job opportunities in future but you must still go with your interest. If you like maths, you can consider taking PCM as well.

If you are good in science then opt for science stream after completing class 10th. To get a good job early, you can also opt for Diploma courses.

Getting a job will need a plan to equip yourself with the skills and confidence. I feel you may have some limitations as all children and families have these days to spend so much in getting education. Understand the fact that you get jobs and not your degrees.
Arts or Commerce will save Money and you can start preparing for govt jobs after 12th. Do BA or B.Com after 12th, prepare for Competitive exams of Govt, not UPSC if you don't want to.

It all depends on what college you wish to join, what is the average cut-off there, would you want to take bifocal courses, this year's results, etc. I feel it's important for you to have an interest and passion for proper planning of your future.

Why are you in hurry to get a job? Till class 12th, you get the basic education and I think you should complete class 12th first. You can get a job after completing class 12th. You can still pursue Diploma or a part-time course after completing class 12th.

    It depends on your interest.
If you are interested in the technical line, then it's a good choice to pursue BE.
    Best of luck.
