What stream should I take for becoming an ias.If I failed from beind ias side by side which short and easy course or degree shoud I take

Pls recomend me a short and easy degree which i can practise side by side and which will not affect my ias studies so if i failed ias i would not have to worry more because i dont want to waste my years for studying after unsuccesful ias because after 3 attempts i would be 23 andthis is age of job
