You can do M.Sc. The master courses in this field are of two years. You can do:
Master of Science in Microbiology
Master of Science in Applied Microbiology
Master of Science in Medical Microbiology
Master of Science in Microbial Genetics and Bioinformatics
Specializations in Microbiology
Agricultura

M.Sc Microbiology is the best, but if you don't want to get this, there is so many options available for you, like M.Sc in Food Technology, M.Sc in genetics, Diploma in Medical Lab Technician (Recommended for quick job), M.Sc in environmental Science, M.Sc in Bioinformatics.
