What subject combination is mandatory for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture? Is Physics necessary for the same?

The subject combination is physics, chemistry and biology. Instead of biology, you can have botany or zoology.
But please let me know how you have passed 12th without physics, is there any board which has such subject combination without physics?

For Microbiology :-
The subject combination is physics, chemistry and biology. Instead of biology, you can have botany or zoology. Physics is not necessary for Microbiology !
