What subject I must study for B.Sc. CS in tamilnadu I mean language. I am not able to study Tamil.

It depends on what subject you have to choose from. Choose a subject which you can do easily. Tamil is though a very good language. It is known as the 4th most spoken in the world. It is an ancient language but if you are not able to do then no problem choose the one which you are able to do.
