BCA B.Sc. (IT) or B.Tech (IT). You need to learn Java to become an app developer. If you learn Java then you won't feel any discomfort while creating apps. After learning Java you will need to use Android Studio, an official software for app development. Android Studio uses Java as its main language to create apps.

Hi,
You can take Computer Science in your 10+2 if you want to learn basic programming. You can learn Java through online courses or attending some certified courses to learn Amdroid Programming. Remember that Android Apps require you to be able to code in Java and Android Studio (Android's Official IDE by Google). Remember that creating apps requires knowledge and patience, you'll to manage your time well enough to learn android and also to keep up with your school studies. -
Hello Pratik,
You won't get any specialisation option right after 10th. You need to wait until your graduation. I would recommend you to choose Science and keep Computers as a subject in your 12th standard. After your 12th board examinations, you can opt for B.Sc., B.Tech., or BCA for your graduation.
An app requires different kinds of programming - Front User Interface, Backend database, encryption, and other programming tools depending on the purpose of the application. You will be taught about these languages in the graduation streams I mentioned above. Once you've completed graduation, you're all set to develop your own apo.
