    The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing the subjects in IAS is how comfortable you are with these subjects, and how strong your fundamentals are in a particular subject as that subject automatically become more scoring for you as there is no one subject in particular which could be scoring, a subject which is scoring for one can be difficult for the other, depending on his/her caliber, so keep all these factors in mind while choosing your subjects.
    There are few combinations which are not allowed to be taken which are:
    Political Science & International relations and Public Administration
    Commerce & Accoun

    To Guide you about UPSC , I would say UPSC is one of the most prestigious Entrance examination of India and the brightest Crack it with dedicated and systematic preparation . Since you are planning to join IAS , you have to appear for the UPSC civil services examination based on your performance you will be appointed in to IFS ,IAS , IPS or IRS etc The details of the Examination is on the official site of UPSC which is UPSC.gov.in .
