What subjects are compulsory in 12th grade (commerce) for B.Com? Is maths compulsory if I want to do HR in the future?

In 12th, mathematics is not compulsory. You can take alternative subject to replace to mathematics. For pursuing HR, you not need maths but you should think analytically.

No, my friend. For HR, mathematics is not compulsory, but at the time of placement, there aptitude test can be the criteria. For pursuing HR, you must have the plot control on Human resources, Human Behaviour, General information and Knowledge.

It is not really needed that you need to have Maths as majors. You can do BBA and specialize in HR. To increase weightage in your career, try also completing MBA in HR you will see growth in your career at a very early stage. Human Resources has lots of scope in India or abroad.
