Hi Trisha, This course in SXCKOL has almost all the subjects related to Media & Mass Comm. I would suggest you to go to the link where you can find the integrated syllabus. It'll give you the most detailed information about the subjects. As an outline the subjects are like this : Visual Culture & communication Audiography Video Editing Film History History of Journalism Print Journalism Videography Media & cultural studies Film Movements TV & Radio Journalism Scriptwriting Film Paradigms & practices Bollywood & Indian Films Mass Communication theories & Models New Media Advertising Marketing Public Relation Adaptation Cinematography Reading Images & Films Non Fiction Research Methods Theories of Performing Arts (Dance & Theatre) Music & Sound Design Entrepreneurship Production Management Media Ethics Dissertation Screenplay writing. Lastly, students have to make a film which will be considered as degree film. I think the outline is indeed very detailed. Along with all these core subjects, there will be some compulsory papers. Those are: One language (Bengali/Hindi/English) English Foundation Course with two subjects; i) Religion & ii) Character Development Environmental Science. That's all. All the best.
