what subjects should be opted in 11th to pursue architecture as a career? also should i take some extra drawing classes for it?

Phy, Chem, Maths. Extra classes for drawing are not required at this stage.(Architecture drawing is Engineering drawing, different from normal drawing, and it will be taught from basic when you will join architecture or any other engineering.)
