What technical and soft skills are required for MBA?

Hi, Depending on the stream, you want to choose in MBA, it is important to have the specific graduation subjects with minimum of 50% marks. Also, you will appear for entrance exams that test your Aptitude, analytical, reasoning and English Skills. In case you want to do MBA in a stream, that you are new to, then it makes sense to be aware of the purpose for the same as it will be asked at some stage of the recruitment process. For the Soft skills, in a very generic sense, it is important that you possess interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, leading skills and ability to take up initiatives, effective communication skills and team player skills.
