Well, it is tough to tell the average placement of a particular course but overall, UPES has an excellent placement record. In 2017, more than 1400 students were placed in reputed national and international firms such as Adobe, Armstrong, Amazon, Aditya Birla Solar, Birlasoft, Think & Learn, Cognizant, Desmania, DHL Global, GM, Grasim Industries, Glencore, JLL, Microsoft, Weatherford Drilling International, Shreyas Relay Systems, Mount Meru and many more. CTC or packages, vary greatly from branch to branch. For computer science branches, average is 3.50 LPA
For Petroleum branches, it is slightly better at 4-4.25 LPA. Almost all the remaining branches have mean CTC at 3.25 - 3.50 LPA (LPA = Lacs per Annum).
