Extempore speech is not difficult if you practice well for it. People generally get stuck in between because they miss out on what to say next. Thus, it is essential that you practice for it, by taking some random topics and then speaking on the same for 1 minute. This way you will be able to handle other topics as well and will help you to keep track of time as well.
