i need to know the UG scholarships offered by lancaster , manchester ,reading , exeter and westminster universities in UK for international students and procedures for applying for it. And also tell me some UG scholarships awarding organisation like chevening scholarships for international students.

It depends on individual University. To know exact details you must contact/visit the respective University web site. Commonwealth scholarships is one of the most prestigious scholarships among them and cover almost the entire expenses.
