It is a student's responsibility to check all the factors when selecting a house. Following things must be considered when finding off-campus housing:

    • Safety should be the topmost priority for a student while finding off-campus housing.
    • Graduate Student Association of the university offers various trustworthy resources to the students. Students can check the available options.
    • Students must ensure to check the security services. Though the campus safety and security department works for on-campus as well as off-campus areas.
    • Students should have easy access to transportation services.
