If you're in your final year, try to integrate first and second year subjects with the clinical subjects. When reading about atrial fibrillation in medicine, also read about cardiac electrophysiology and anti-arrhythmic drugs from pharma. When reading about congenital heart disease in pediatrics, also read about cardiac embryology. This will help you build a narrative and simultaneously cover a significant portion of first and second year subjects. This will put you in a really comfortable position when you begin your internship. -
