What to after 12th as I have a low score in 12th? What should I do between BCA and Diploma? I will do degree after Diploma.

I have done 12th with science stream but I got less marks in CET. I'm not getting a good college for engineering. I'm thinking to do BCA or Diploma on the basis of 10th as I had 90% in 10th.
