Entry for RAW goes through defence services. If you r interested in RAW you have to b in army/navy/af.
Best option is NDA after 12th

You need to graduate first and then give UPSC exam.There isn o separate exam for RAW (Research Analysis Wing) as such, only posting are done in it.
