What to choose between M.Sc Comp Science or Bio informatics? I did B.Sc in Biochem but worked in IT dept. in the software testing.

Hi, I have completed my BSc in Biochemistry. But due to various reasons i had to change my career path. Now im working with an IT company and now i have 3 yrs of exp in S/W testing with Level 3 completion of Japanese language. Im confused between MSc Computer science and Bioinformatics. Kindly guide
