there is wide opportunities depending upon ur interest , capability and money backup. if u are not strong monetarily, than u should go for engineerng, prepare for the entrance exams from right from begining.

After Xth n science you need to complete your XIIth. If you have PCB subjects then you need to give exams for medine, Dental or Pharma line. If you have PCM subjects then you need to appear for IIT and AIEE exam for engineering career.

u'll have many options, infinite. gas, chemicals, oil, IT, software, Defence, etc. You name it. for clear picture ask any guy residing near you & has taken science
