Hi,
Before that first of all get a aptitude test done for yourself from a well trained psychometric assessor. Then find out the career suitable to you. In initial phase of career people choose any course but later change (best examples are IIT engineers later opting for Civil Services or for IIM PGP

You are correct. BSc Maths / Statistics students should prefer basic computer knowledge course with C or C+.
