Hi Rohit, To become a Chef, either you do Hotel Management or you do a Diploma in Food Production. DFP will definitely include some portions of Hotel Management. First of all, select the cuisine to look for a great career in kitchen. This will help you to give a direction. You can do Degree course from a well-known institute or Diploma get placement from there. Remember more preference is given to a degree holder and you learn more in it, to start your caree
