what to do after BCA (Distance) and pursuing GNIIT-s/w Engg 4th sem. MCA or MSc(CS) ? Regular or DE? and also some good university of both?

since done with BCA pursuing GNIIT 4th sem after this i ll be placed for professional practice for 1 yr, where in i ll be working as trainee developer. so which ll be the best master degree to do MCA or M.Sc(CS),regular or distance, also college in bangalore and Distance education university-TOP 3.
