what to do after civil engineering if i am not getting proper or satisfied job. i did it in may 2012 now i am jobeless

i did B.tech in Civil Engineering from INDIA in May-2012.first i did job as a site engineer but i just got 12000/ month in pvt sector that was also so tough to do job even in high temperature like 45- 48* C. so i leave job n planning to go to abroad bcse i think i earn well there.B.tech- 65%
