U want to become an IAS officer u should go for arts and during your graduation you must go for coaching for exam preparation from a qualitatively better institution

Naturally,Graduation is your target.You have to select such subjects which are helpful for your IAS also.Then, your study should be intensive as you are aiming high.Improve your general awareness also and your interview skills.
