M.tech (Electronic & communication) is 1 option There r 2 ways of Pursuing M.TECH 1ST THE general way 2 yrs course with 4 semester (which i m very sure u r already aware of)
2nd way is M.Tech (through Research Mode) (the way PHD is done ) in this mode there r no writen examination students has to

There are lots of opprtunities are available in this field after BE......You can work in core Electronic field or in communication field ..... Fields like VLSI , Embede systems , Digital Communication are open for you
