What to do after doing BE in ECE from an average college? I am interested in travel and food and teaching people about them.

Don't be nervous. I am too an EnTC engineering student studying in the last year. After the completion of your degree, you have a number of options like CDAC, some certification courses in Java, Red Hat, Linux, CCNA and Networking either prepare for GATE exam for PSUs.
