What to do after M.Com for better job opportunities? I am interested in doing a degree or Advanced Diploma in accountancy, finance & law?

I am a 26-year old girl and have done B.Com then M.Com. I've passed with first class, passed CPT in 2011 but couldn't pass IPCC onwards. Shall I reappear for IPCC? I am very confused.
