What to do after M.Sc in pharmaceutical chemistry course? Where can I get pharmaceutical industrial training after this course?

I studied CBZ subjects in my Bachelor's degree got Distinction results based on this I got admission to M.Sc. In pharmaceutical Chemistry. I got it. I need more training in pharmaceutical industry. Please help me.
