What to do- B. Tech - IT or mass communication? I'm in a great dilemma. part time course with low fee structre. suggest me some college too.

I want to go for a course that suits my ability to speak well and present formally. I am wishing to go for IT sector but there is a risk doing it. Please help me out, suggest me best colleges providing good placements and low structured fee in part time courses for the either as I want to do a job.
