What to do bachelor of commerce or mass communication?

I have just completed my schooling and now its time to choose a carrier.i m good at studies and im expecting 85 above % marks in 12th(commerce). also i m interested in radio jockeying , editing and all sorts of studio work.plzz suggest me wheather to go for B.com or some rj courses?

    Mass communication is a very broad umbrella term that includes various fields – advertising, journalism, public relations, cinema, radio, television and broadcasting, theatre, communication arts and now internet in its ambit. Although communication remains the core element, the nature of work would depend on the field you are in.
    A course in mass communications will give you a general overview of each of these fields at the macro level. Thereafter, you can choose your preferred medium and area of specialization and work in the area that fascinates you most.

    Though both the courses are good and offer good career options. But a person should pursue a career s/he is interested in. If you are interested in radio jockeying , editing and all sorts of studio work then definitely your calling is course in mass comm.
    You go for Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Comm. from some reputed university like GNDU, LPU, DU, IPU, Chitkara etc. Also are well renowned universities of India offering good infrastructure and facilities to their students.
