Minimum Qualification for IAS exam:
1. You must have a graduate degree from recognised university. There is no restriction as per discipline. You need to pass 12th with science or arts or commerce stream, in all the cases you can apply for the exam after completing graduation. Also, there is no percentage restriction in this exam. You need to pass the qualifying exam with any percentage of marks, you are eligible for this exam.
2. Age limit is 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation:
For OBC, it is 3 years and for SC/ST, it is 5 years and for PH, it is10 years.
3. You must be an Indian citizen.
