Their are many call center who train before they make you join the job, this is a goos alternative because they will train you as per your job, and they indirectly invest in you for getting your service. The job of call center is generally night shift , which give problem for the person and this pro

only criteria is good communication skills, if you have good communication skill, apply for the job in call centre.
