what to do for getting into good universities of us,canada,uk,singapore? anything like we have jee here.what's the minimum % to score in 'em

i want to pursue BTech (Aerospace,mechanical or electronics) in 2013 from a good university with scholarship in US,CANADA,UK or SINGAPORE..which exam do i have to aim for and whats the minimum score i must get for getting into it? i am in class XII now and wish to go out except universities ind?
