What to do if i dont get a rank in JECA 2014?

I'm appearing JECA2014. My preparation is medium,not too good not too bad. In case if I dont get ranked then what to do, 1) shoud I go for distance mca along with full time hardware networking course, 2) CCIE from Networkbulls Delhi ,3) shoud i prepare for gov jobs from some institute in kolkata.
