What to do if preparing for PMT along with B.Sc 2nd year in case syllabus of Physics is too long? Which is the best book to study?

I have got 71% in class 12 with Physics, Bio, Mathematics, Chemistry and English. I have given PMT twice but I could not cleared it because of Physics and also some depression. My last PMT score was 245 in which physics was worst. How can I prepare for Physics?
