What to do if you have put final year marks in education section of Mumbai university portal. University wants average of all semesters.

Basis this error my allotted college is rejecting my application of LL.B. 3Y course. In university portal editing option is not available. Do I need to cancel my application. What is the best way to avoid loss of year.
