Hi Nitumani.
You can do M.Tech (Mechanical), M.Tech (VLSI) , CAD, CAM courses. If you are not interested in these courses you can do a job.
It all depends upon your performance and your mindset.

It depends on you and the expectations of your family from you. See, higher studies is always a good option, but, I suggest you to go for the job. The higher studies can be carried along with the job, indeed, you ought to manage the excessive load.
