Prepare for Medical Entrance exams AIIMS JIPMER NEET UG to get into MBBS course. After you complete 5 and a half year MBBS course, you can give NEET PG again to get into MD Psychiatry course or Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine. After 3 years of MD Psychiatry course or 2 years of DPM course, you are now a Psychiatrist. Aim for premier institutions for Psychiatry like NIMHANS, Bangalore or AIIMS New Delhi.
