What to lear to change my profile from telecom to Newtorks (Cisco) or Software engineer..Having total 8 years of exp.
I am working with MNC and working as TeamLead for GSM Switching center and having total 8 years of exp. Now I want to change my field from telecom to Networks or software. what should I learn to get it done. (Unix, Linux, C, C ) etc. Please suggest,

Hi , Ihave completed Diploma of three years post 12 th and I have 9+ years experience so is there any institue which offers MBA on this basis ?
