I would suggets a masters degree - either MTech or MBA so that you can start your career with a boom. Check it out from some good college sites like IRMA, LPU, RAI etc

If you wish a career in teaching, research or project engineering, better go ahead with MTech course. If your flair is more for construction, maintenance, manufacturing, better opt for work experience.

I think you should opt for M. Tech degree instead of choosing to job after b.tech. Post-Graduation course offers lots of career opportunities than only a graduation. There are numerous industries which hire master degree candidates and with the higher package & designation. So find a reputed engineering college which offers high-level of educational facilities & excellent engineering education.
