After graduation in civil engineering, MBA in Operations Management is the perfect combination. The project planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, etc., all these things that are required for a civil engineer and are the part of operations management. Go for MBA in Operation

Definitely, it depends on which institute you are getting admission in. It's not difficult to get a job if you are perfect at your subjects, that gives you confidence to face questions and answer them smartly.
