I'm in 3rd yr. Of b.tech and next year after my graduation i want to have the course in fx school. I heard about 100% scholarship test can u say on what topic one should look into so that he can avail a scholarship ?

allowed to pursue a maximum of one certificate/diploma/advanced diploma/PG diploma programme simultaneously either in regular or open and distance mode in the same university or from other institutions.

Diploma is a good option after class 10th, but after class 12th, one must do graduation instead of doing Diploma. Graduation is important for good profile in jobs. So, better to get admission in B.Tech after class 12th rather than after (12th + Diploma). Even B.Sc is far better than doing Diploma after class 12th.
